So we realize it is important to select the very best. Over the years, we have assembled an excellent team of drivers. Our buses are of deluxe quality and fully air-conditioned.
	Touring beyond the traditional : Sindbad can arrange visits to a number of non-profit organizations and church related agencies in the West Bank and Gaza. Lectured on a variety of topics, whether religious, social or political can be arranged and provided form key individuals in the different forums and communities.
Seasons : The Holy Land can be visited any time of the year. It is best to avoid the peak season when sites are crowded and prices are high. The peak seasons fall on Jewish holidays and Easter (see below). Regular season: June ? early September, and November - February High season: March ? May, and October Peak season: March 20 ? April 17 (Easter) and September 20 ? October 10 (Jewish Holidays).
	Hotel Categories : The official rating for good tourist hotels is 5 stars, 4 stars and 3 stars. However, many hotels were rated so long ago that star rating is no longer valid. We prefer to categorize hotels as follows : 1. Deluxe - the best equivalent to 5 stars 2. Superior First Class - moderate, equivalent to 5 stars and very good 4 stars 3. First Class - standard, equivalent to 4 stars 4. Tourist Class - 3 stars 5. Christian guest houses and hospices: there are many Christian Guest Houses and Hospices in the Holy Land, and they are highly recommended for pilgrimage groups.

  Payment terms :

All quotations are given in US dollars and payment must be made in hard currency, preferably in US dollars. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival of clients. Cancellation fees: our policy is only to charge the cancellation fees that hotels charge and other expenses incurred. Every hotel has a different policy which varies according to the season. In general, the following guidelines will apply:

• Up to 30 days prior to arrival - no charge
• 20-29 days prior to arrival - 15% of tour cost is charged
• Less than 10 days prior to arrival - 50% of tour cost is charged
